Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the Stripe billing portal. Paid entitlements remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Refund requests are reviewed within a 14-day window from the original payment date when usage is reasonable and the request is made in good faith.

Cli Blog does not add surprise usage charges. We send notifications as you approach a plan limit so you can upgrade first, and Business customers can contact us about an Enterprise plan.
