Dashboard and billing

Set up an organization, manage content access, create API keys, invite members, review activity, and keep billing active.

The dashboard is where you set up the organization, manage content access, review publication settings, invite collaborators, and keep billing active.

Organization overview

New users create an organization during onboarding. The organization owns content, API keys, members, billing access, and publication settings.

Use the organization overview to confirm:

  • Organization name and slug
  • Default locale
  • Billing status
  • Current member role

Publication settings

Publication settings control default language and public delivery behavior. Manage them in the dashboard, not through public API keys.

Review publication settings before launch so posts, sitemap XML, and feed XML use the same organization defaults.

API keys

Open API keys to create public and private organization keys.

Use:

  • Public keys for published-content delivery
  • Private keys for trusted server, CI, CLI, Node SDK, and agent write workflows

Store private keys in a secret manager. Do not put private keys in browser bundles, mobile apps, public repos, screenshots, logs, or generated docs.

Posts and editor review

Use the posts area to draft, review, schedule, publish, and archive content. Keep agent and CI workflows draft-first when a human should review title, slug, locale, authors, categories, tags, media, and SEO fields.

Members

Members use the organization subscription. They do not need their own plan to work inside an invited organization.

Use roles to control who can manage settings, billing, members, content, and API keys. When a member creates an API key, its permissions cannot exceed that member’s current organization role.

Activity

Activity history helps operators review organization changes, content actions, and key-management events. Use it when a publishing action is unexpected or when an agent workflow needs review.

Billing

Every organization needs an active paid subscription or card-backed trial before dashboard content tools are usable.

Owners and admins receive usage emails at 80%, 95%, and 100%. Trusted API requests, storage, locales, and members have a 10% grace window. Public delivery reads are monitored separately during paid beta and do not consume trusted request capacity. Media-delivery usage is monitored separately; the team will contact organization owners when a plan change is needed.

If dashboard access stays locked after checkout, check the active organization and billing status.
